the so-called "comfort" was overshadowed by train noise—earplugs definitely should be stocked here. expecting some special treatment, I was flabbergasted when my room wasn’t upgraded. also, the staff ignored my calls for towels. next time, I’ll cancel my reservation before stepping into this mediocre hotel, but I almost gave a good review—just couldn’t.

Beautiful hotel design impressed me. Convenient location near a train for quick city access caught my attention.

Train noise can be annoying at night—earplugs would be a good addition. Bathroom issues included a blocked sink with a lingering drain smell, and the area around is still developing, leaving limited food options at night.

Recommend it for couples looking for a nice vibe

Had a wonderful stay! The room was spacious and extremely clean, and I appreciated the eco-friendly touches like the glass water bottle. Plus, the common area was a perfect spot to unwind after a long day, free tea and coffee, anyone? We also enjoyed hanging out at the Club area. it was open late and had snacks and drinks available! What a nice surprise! !

It wasn’t the cheapest option out there, but honestly, worth it.
